Helping brands find their edge, build their story, and shape the future.

Shelflife is a growth-driven partner helping ambitious founders turn great ideas into lasting brands. We bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring businesses have the right strategies, connections, and momentum to thrive.

A partner for those who think big, move fast, and believe that the right mix of insight, boldness, and persistence can unlock the next stage of success. We work with founders who ask, “What’s next?”, “Why not?”, and “How far can we go?”—and then make it happen.

Partner, Strategy
Ed

Ed is a Strategy Director at branding agency Regular Practice. He hosts entrepreneur podcast People Doing Things - having interviewed over 100 early stage founders across food, drink, fashion, beauty, tech, social etc. He's also launched his own conservationist honey brand The Honey Project. For every jar you buy, the brand rewilds 100 wildflowers in your name.

Superpower: Spotting opportunity early.

Partner, Design
Kristoffer

Kristoffer is Founder and Creative Director of Regular Practice. Originally from Denmark, he came to London by way of Amsterdam in 2017. Kristoffer’s power rankings of supermarkets (and their shelves) go: Albert Heijn (NL), Irma (DK) and Tesco’s (UK). Having started out in the exclusive realms of fashion and art, he’s left behind the inaccessible runways and galleries for the warm embrace of well-stocked shelves in everyday supermarkets. As we know culture lives in Tesco.

Superpower: Knows all the fonts

The studio was recognised by It’s Nice that as ‘Ones to Watch’, and have worked with a range of established clients from Warner Music, Adidas, Fred Perry, and Octopus, to startups and founders across, DTC, F&B and more. Tom manages the growing team of 10 on operations across the business with a vision for the future.

Vision, Momentum, Real Partnership
RUPERT,
SPICE DEPT.

Working with Shelflife has been genuinely transformative. They didn’t just get the vision — they sharpened it. From strategy to storytelling to investment prep, they understood what we were trying to build and pushed it further than we could have on our own. There’s no fluff or ego — just smart thinking, straight talking and a real bias for action. They helped us shape the brand, secure backing twice and move with confidence. Most importantly, it always felt like they were in the trenches with us, fighting for what was right for the business at every stage.

BLUNT HONESTY, REAL CLARITY
SOHN,
JIN JIN

Working with Shelflife was one of the best decisions I’ve made — and I’ve made plenty of mistakes. They were sharp, quick to understand the nuances of the business, and brought the clarity I genuinely needed. No sugar-coating — blunt, honest and straight to the point — which made their advice even more valuable. Shelflife helped me cut through the noise, refine my approach and move forward with confidence. Most of all, they made me believe they genuinely cared about what was best for the business, not just the fundraise.

From Unfamiliar to Unstoppable
MEGAN,
HOMI KITCHEN

Shelflife was instrumental in setting up Homi Kitchen, providing me with critical guidance that helped accelerate the business quicker than I otherwise would have been able to, having come from a different professional background and being unfamiliar with the FMCG food & drinks industry before. I really appreciated having friendly & considerate counsel to turn to whenever I encountered new & unfamiliar situations. I’d highly recommend shelflife to anyone similarly looking for guidance as a small business owner seeking to grow.
